Second Booster vaccination Program
To maintain high levels of immunity in those most at risk of severe disease a second booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine has been recommended by NIAC/HSE for the following:
The second booster is recommended at least 6 months after the first booster or 6 months after COVID 19 infection.
We will be running clinics for this vaccine roll out from as soon as we are notified of a start date.
Please call/email reception to leave your name if you are interested in receiving this or contact the HSE to book in with them.
COVID-19 Booster Vaccine is now been rolled out for 12-15 year olds by the HSE.
We are not offering this service at Boyne Medical Practice.

From Monday 28th February you can self refer for a PCR test online with the HSE

If you not in the above categories and have symptoms of COVID-19 do NOT book a PCR test.
You should do an antigen test.
If positive you must isolate for 7 days
If negative you must isolate till you are 48 hours symptom free.

Please be understanding when requesting prescriptions forms & letters that at this time we are extremely busy and will try to have these ready in a reasonable time.
At the moment:
prescriptions will be ready within 48hrs of the request
Letters will be ready within 4-5 working days
Forms will be ready within 10 working days
